A new video recording of a concert by Esther Saladin is now available online: For the 100th birthday of the composer Bernd Alois Zimmermann, the cellist is performing his sonata for cello solo from the year 1960.
Esther Saladin's solo project "White Masks" is a cycle for cello, live electronics and resonating masks, with music by Silvia Rosani, Rebecca Saunders and Ori Talmon.
Together with Siliva Rosani on live electronics, the project will be performed on November 24, 2016 at the Goldsmith University in London.

Esther Saladin is a founding member of the Piano Trio uBu from Cologne, who received the Boris Pergamenschikow Prize for Contemporary Chamber Music in 2016 this year. The prize has been shared and goes to the Berlin colleagues of the Furiant Quartet as well. Congratulations to both ensembles!
The laureate concert will take place on November 4th, 6pm, at the Krönkutschen Hall of the Hanns Eisler School of Music in Berlin.
